Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your items are eligible.
Pack Your Products
Carefully place your unopened paints, waxes, or tools in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the return transit.
Ship It Back
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your local carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
